Confirmation of Arrangements
Meeting or function space may be reserved by telephone, email or in person. Menu selections are required at least one week prior to your function in order to guarantee your selections. Alterations or changes to your agenda, including the final guest count for meals, can be made up to 2 business days prior to the function. This guaranteed number is the minimum number for which you will be charged.
Method of Payment
Billing arrangements can be made through our Catering Coordinator with a completed and approved credit application form. Please allow a minimum of two weeks for processing.
Prices quoted are guaranteed for up to 60 days from booking date and subject to change thereafter. All prices quoted are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.
Cancellation of meeting room arrangements must be made with the hotel no less than 5 business days prior to the function date. Failure to do so will result in a full charge of the arrangements.
The Catering Coordinator will allocate the appropriate function space based on the information provided. The hotel reserves the right to change meeting or function groups to a more suitable room if attendance figures or meeting layout configurations change. Station Park All Suite Hotel will be the sole supplier of all food and beverage and audio/visual requirements.
